All forms must be filled out completely and signed by the parent/guardian. Students who are returning the Bus Rider Eligibility Form, must turn it into their bus driver or the parent may drop it off at the Transportation Department. By turning the forms into the coaches or front office of a campus will greatly delay the form coming to us. 

 

Students MAY NOT ride any bus until the driver of the route has contacted the parent with the location and times.
