Charging Policy for Student Reimbursable Meals

Per School Board Policy, students are permitted to charge reimbursable lunch and breakfast meals.  Outstanding balances will be communicated on a biweekly basis to parents when their child’s account reaches the district charging threshold of $15.00.
 
  • No á la carte items may be charged.
  • All negative balances must be paid by the last day of school.

If charges occur before the meal application is approved, then charges must be paid as accrued.
